Erick Solar is a Brazilian illustrator and designer born in Brasília. With a background in Graphic Design, he built a career of more than fifteen years in the field before dedicating himself fully to illustration. This journey provided him with strong technical skills, a refined visual repertoire, and a mature understanding of the relationship between art, communication, and emotional impact.
His work combines the aesthetic power of vintage psychedelic posters and sci-fi comics with a contemporary visual language marked by vibrant colors, textures, and symbolism. Each image is conceived as a visual experience — an invitation to celebrate life, creative energy, and transformation.
With a growing presence on the international scene, he has created works for clients such as Bear Stone Festival (Croatia), Taqsim Driver (France), Kyle Zinenko (USA), RICOX (Brazil), and Picnik (Brazil). He works across projects involving music, advertising, product design, editorial, and visual culture.
Erick’s art translates vitality and movement. His compositions celebrate what is human in the aesthetic experience: the ability to feel, connect, and transform. More than representing images, he creates atmospheres — visual expressions that vibrate between the symbolic and the emotional, revealing joy and creative power in every line.

Erick Solar é ilustrador e designer brasileiro, nascido em Brasília. Com formação em Design Gráfico, construiu uma carreira de mais de quinze anos na área do design antes de dedicar-se integralmente à ilustração. Essa trajetória lhe trouxe domínio técnico, repertório visual e uma visão madura sobre a relação entre arte, comunicação e impacto emocional.
Seu trabalho combina a força estética dos pôsteres psicodélicos vintage e dos quadrinhos de ficção científica com uma linguagem contemporânea, marcada por cores vibrantes, texturas e simbolismo. Cada imagem é pensada como uma experiência visual — um convite à celebração da vida, à energia criativa e à transformação.
Com presença crescente no cenário internacional, já desenvolveu trabalhos para clientes como o Bear Stone Festival (Croácia), Taqsim Driver (França), Kyle Zinenko (EUA), RICOX (Brasil) e Picnik (Brasil). Atua em projetos que envolvem música, publicidade, design de produtos, editorial e cultura visual.
